North Creek Lacrosse Club – High School Assistant Coach for 2023 Season and 78 Head Coach for 2023 Season.

North Creek Lacrosse Club is currently seeking a passionate, qualified HS asst coach and head coach for our 7/8 middle school boys’ team.  The positions are paid and flexible enough to work around a full-time job. Practices are local to the North Creek - Bothell area and are typically scheduled from 7pm to 9pm on weekday evenings. HS games are during the week M-F and 78 games are played on Saturdays. Those seeking either the head coach or assistant coach 78 positions are encouraged to apply and discuss both opportunities through NC Lax Club Board .

  • Coach Accountabilities
    • Able to attend all team lacrosse practices and games.
    • Proven ability to teach and lead players at various skill levels effectively, as we have players that are brand new to the program and others that have played for years
    • Able to follow direction from and coordinate with HS head coach for strategy and skill development activity that will enable middles school players to transition smoothly to high school lacrosse
  • Preferred Lacrosse Background
    • Played HS lacrosse
    • Played college lacrosse
    • Coached previously at either middle school or high school
  • Compliance Items and Requirements
    • Possess an active USL Membership
    • Pass a background Check
    • Complete NFHS “Sudden Cardiac Arrest” course
    • Possess a valid United States government ID
    • Be CPR & AED certified
    • Complete NFHS “Concussion in Sports” course
    • Complete “Boy’s Level 1 Online Course”
    • Complete “PCA - Double Goal Coach...” Course
    • Read and understand policies and guidelines established by either NSD, WHSBLA and or the Greater Eastside Lacrosse League
    • NOTE: Reimbursement for compliance item certifications and required training will be provided by the club
  • Season timeframe, pay, perks
    • Season runs from March through May
    • Coaches (head coaches and assistants) receive stipends at the end of the 3 month season or before
    • Additional longer-term opportunities to coach in future seasons for a good program in a good community

A selection committee will review applications and meet with candidates, who will make recommendations to the NSD NCHS AD for HS. For 78, the NC LAX Board makes decisions. Target start date is late February 2022.

 

 

Lake Washington Lacrosse Club - Middle School Head Coach; Middle School Assistant Coach

  • The Lake Washington Lacrosse Club is currently seeking a passionate, qualified head coach for our 7/8 middle school boys’ team.  The position is paid and flexible enough to work around a full-time job. Practices should allow for location and timing convenience and are typically scheduled from 5pm to 7pm on weekday evenings in Kirkland (Lake View Elementary/Google field). Games are played on Saturdays. Those seeking either the head coach or assistant coach positions are encouraged to apply and discuss both opportunities.

    • Able to assist with 2 practices per week and attend games (assistant coach)

The Sammamish Interlake Youth Lacrosse is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

  • Youth Director
Location:
  • NE Bellevue, centrally located on the eastside and minutes from Microsoft. Do you live and work on the eastside?
All positions are paid, with flexible hours to fit another job. Do you live, or work, on the eastside and are interested in teaching the game of lacrosse to kids and help build and shape the positive culture of an organization? If yes, this opportunity may be right for you.
 
We are looking for Coaches, energetic about the game. Coaches must assist with organizing, planning, and coaching of the team the key fundamentals to become a Varsity player. The right attitude for helping ensure kids have a great experience is paramount for what we are looking for.
 
Qualifications
  • Attend all SILC youth program boy’s lacrosse practices and games
  • Proven ability to teach and lead players at all lacrosse skills levels (new or experienced) effectively
  • A desire to teach and help grow young student athletes
  • Minimum experience playing lacrosse at HS level
  • Pass a mandatory background check as mandated by the club (pre-season)
  • Possess an Active USL Membership (pre-season)
  • Be CPR and AED Certified (pre-season)

Inglemoor Lacrosse - Youth Coaches, Assistant HS, Boys Lacrosse (Posted 2/5/2021)

Inglemoor Lacrosse is looking for qualified head and asst. coaches at various age levels We are also looking for Asst. HS Coach. All positions are paid, with flexible hours to fit around another job. We have a fast-growing program with over 100 players We have a strong board and volunteer base to asst our coaches.  

If you want a great program to coach, passionate about the game, have playing and/or coaching experience, excited to help kids grow as lacrosse players and young men. Inglemoor lacrosse is a perfect fit and were integrated into our high school and community. 

7/8 Coach: We have a group of coaches to asst.  


Qualifications
•    Able to attend all ILC or Youth program boy’s lacrosse practices and games
•    Proven ability to teach and lead players at all lacrosse skill levels (new or experienced) effectively
•    Able to follow the direction of Program Director in implementing the building blocks for Varsity players. 

  

Pre-Season 

Youth and HS Coaches need to:
•    Possess an Active USL Membership
•    Pass a Background Check
•    Complete NFHS “Sudden Cardiac Arrest” course
•    Possess a Valid United States Government ID
•    Be CPR & AED Certified
•    Complete NFHS “Concussion in Sports” course
•    Complete “Boy’s Level 1 Online Course”
•    Complete “PCA - Double Goal Coach...” Course 

HS Coaches also need to:
•    Read WHSBLA Policies, Rules, and Regulations
•    Adhere to Inglemoor HS coaches code of conduct & policies
